If, for some reason, the certification process is aborted at any stage, costs of the remaining work not to be done will be deducted from the final invoice.

Capability Approval

1) Production samples is sent to 3P, and advanced payment will be invoiced.
2) Samples will be tested, and 3P evaluates the results.
3) When samples have been found to show compliance, certificates will be issued, documentation will be delivered, and final payment will be invoiced

Full Production Line Qualification

1) Production samples is sent to 3P.
2) Samples will be tested, and 3P evaluates the results.
3) When samples have been found to show compliance, an inspection visit is planned. 3P then inspects the production facility and evaluates the QA system.
4) When the production facilities has been approved, certificates will be issued, documentation will be delivered.

Maintenance of Full Production Line Qualification

Regular follow up maintenance activities will be required, where 3P will inspect the production facilities and select samples for testing at 3P. The interval at which maintenance activities will be required is 6 months for cables and patch cords, whereas the interval for connecting hardware is 12 months
